During the holy month of Ramadan, the Pasar Lama culinary, Tangerang Town, the area is never empty of visitors before breaking fast on the seventeenth, Monday (18^th April 2022). 

The takjil hunter community flocked to the Pasar Lama in Kisamaun, Tangerang Town. Pasar Lama is a culinary area that is always a conversation and is the culinary center of the pride of Tangerang residents. The area then began to be crowded with visitors around 17.00-17.30 WIB. Not a few residents come with their respective partners or extended families.

You can find a variety of street food in this place, ranging from Indonesian and foreign dishes such as Arabic, Indian, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. A variety of heavy to light foods is ready to satisfy your taste buds.

Prices for takjil or heavy meals vary, ranging from IDR 10,000 per portion to IDR 50,000 per portion. The visitors to the culinary area did not seem to keep their distance. However, they still wear masks, some even wear double masks.

A visitor named Tasya (21) admitted that he was looking for takjil in the area with her friends. "Looking for takjil, yes, there are lots of people, it's been a long time since I've been here. I think we'll be choosing one by one. We're buying grilled squid now, we'll go around later," said Tasya. Tasya also admitted that she was looking for takjil in the Pasar Lama because the food and drinks there varied. 

Pasar Lama is still a favorite culinary place for all people, especially Tangerang residents. For those of you who want to break the fast, it is recommended to come one hour before the Maghrib call to prayer. Seating will be full of shoppers, especially on Saturday and Sunday.
